Estimated Delivery & Shipping Information

We ship all orders using Royal Mail.
Second Class is our standard option for UK orders unless you choose to upgrade at checkout.
For calendars and orders over £20, we automatically use Tracked 48 – this helps reduce lost post, gives better peace of mind, and allows you to follow your parcel’s journey.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
If an order is placed after 12pm, dispatch begins from the next working-day window. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing from Monday or the next working day.

Royal Mail state that Second Class delivery within the UK typically arrives in 2–3 working days, including Saturdays, though delays do occasionally occur. While most orders arrive on time, delivery speeds are outside our control once posted.
If you need guaranteed next-day delivery, Special Delivery can be selected at checkout (before 12pm). Royal Mail provides postcode-specific guidance, so please check their website if you are unsure.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t work out – and that’s okay.

If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your order at your own cost. To receive a refund (minus original shipping), please Contact Us first so we can log your return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition for the refund to be processed. Once returned and checked, we’ll issue your refund promptly.

Every item is packed carefully and handled with care. If you receive something incorrect or damaged due to our error, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right quickly.
